Berlinale Meeting was a hugh success

Panel-Guests, Photo: Birgit Kleber

Under the banner NO FUTURE WITHOUT A PAST the IFFF Dortmund I Cologne organized a panel discussion about the film heritage of female directors.

Serveral guests and participants joined the discussion, for example Anna Koblitz (University of Vienna), who asked: „Why did nobody ever told me this?“ or Beryl Richards (Directors UK), Anke Hahn (Deutsche Kinemathek) and Norma Guevara (Festival international de films de femmes). Kajsa Hedström presented the project „Nordic Women in Film“. Belinde Ruth Stieve‘s Intervention „Berlinale & Women“ visualized the female representation at the International Filmfest Berlin. Take a look.

We enjoyed the discussion very much and want to thank your guests and participants for their interest and input. We‘re looking forward to the next year!
